Ugh, why do I feel guilty

I picked up extra hrs at work (one of the 3 jobs) and so haven't had time since Sunday to workout. I could have gone upstairs tonight around 9pm and worked out but I am tired (yes, I would have woken up probably) but it's been a loong day. Tomorrow there is a heat warning with temps over 100 which means it will probably be too hot to workout in my exercise room then a double on Friday at two jobs. SO, long story short, next workout may not happen until Saturday if it does and I feel guilty. Ugh.

Whenever I do stuff like this, I remind myself that skipping one or two days... or even a whole WEEK... won't matter in the long run. It won't matter in a year, it won't matter in two years. It won't mean you aren't going to meet your goals, and it won't mean you will lose your current gains. It's a setback, and it's OK. This time next year, you'll forget you even missed these workouts. Just get back on the wagon when you can.
