Question non rebounder workouts that you bound to

I just got an Urban Rebounder and love it....don't like the fact that none of the workouts that came with it work. So I have been using Patricia Morano's Intensity's upper body workout with this and I love it. What, non rebounder workouts have you adapted to your workout and love?

The one that works the most seamlessly for me is The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout (with Jillian). It's so easy and fun to do all the cardio on the rebounder then step off for the weight work.

On lower energy days, I also do it with Results 10 Days to a Better Body (cardio on the rebounder/step off for weight work). I usually try to do most of the cardio on the floor for this one for added intensity.

I have tried to use the rebounder with other workouts, with mixed results, but it's usually pretty "fussy" to try to incorporate it. I'd love to hear what others have to say!

I use the rebounder for the high impact cardio sections of Jillian's 30 day shred. I also used to use it for the drills section of Tonique.

I used to use Leslie Sansone workouts adapted to the rebounder (jacks instead of side steps, for example). I've never used her workouts much except for on the rebounder.

I also go to the rebounder for higher impact moves in other workouts (tuck jumps, high knees/jogs, etc.)

I've rebounded while listening to Cardio Coach (I set up a step to the side to do 'climbs' during level 4 intervals).

i use mine for most of all the high impact moves on 30DS, last chance workout, the tabata and cardio challenge from s90, and also the old firm Tough aerobic mix....the possibilities are endless. I just could not do these moves without my rebounder !!!

When I am doing a DVD that I can stand to do a segment but want cardio. Example Amy Bento's hi/ lo extreme the race segment.

the Intervals in Imax 2 and 3, Cathe Hiit workouts, S90 Cardio Challenge, Tabata, and Total Body, Any hi impact section in a Jari, Cathe or Jillian dvd.
I find it works really well with any drill type moves, especially.

I have just started adapting some of my walking and hi/lo workouts to the rebounder and I like them much better than any of the UR dvds I have tried. Here are my favorites so far:
- Leslie Sansone's work well, but many are not as fast paced as I would like. Mary Kay's mile on the 3 Mile Weight Loss walk and segments of the Advanced 5 Mile Walk at Home are a faster pace.
- Ellen Barrett's Fat Burning Pilates - standing portion
- Charlene Prickett's Stand Up and Be Somebody - my #1 favorite so far, pace is a just right for my liking.

CHAPLYN61 - Thanks for starting this thread, I am going to keep watching it for more suggestions.

Although I haven't tried it yet The Abs Diet 2 looks like it would adapt to a rebounder.

I keep telling myself to try it
