WORKOUT 1:

This workout was 20 minutes in length minus the warm up and cool down...And all it consisted of was SWINGS..that's it...just 2 handed swings. 30 seconds of two handed swings with 45 seconds of rest for 16 circuits. It's great if you are a beginner, but i was bored out of my mind...but was sweating like crazy because I used a 26 pound bell. Great workout if you play your own music, as they don't talk in this one...it's just their background music.
This type of workout is what I am used to doing @ least 4xs a week. I do it on my own with my timer and put on my own music because it can bore you out of your mind, but with the right kind of music it can go by fast. Yes, you are sweating buckets and the results if you do this @ least 4xs a week is utterly fantastic.

Quick question on the workouts times - sounds like those times do not include the warm up or cool down? As far as those two go - are they very long or any good? Same for all workouts or different?

I like that they are included because I'm not likely to go off and do them on my own (why most KB workouts do not include a cool down/stretch is beyond me!).

they are the same on each workout and are not included in the workout times. WU is about 4 minutes and CD about 6 minutes.

I do my own so have only done the WU once and CD a couple of times.

The warm up is 4:00 and the cool down is 4:54. It does add 9 minutes to the workout, but neither of them feels too long, they go by quickly actually, and I think they're quite good and just enough if that makes any sense.
