My balls are dusty.

I have two 2-pound balls that are lliterally collecting dust and I don't know if I should keep them or not. I don't even know when they were last used, and more importantly, I can't figure out what workout they'd be useful for. (ooh, I ended with "for" )

Any ideas on how to use them, or should I donate them to Goodwill?

I think they were last used with Leslie. Thanks for mentioning that, but I still don't know if I should keep them for just Leslie.

There's a Tae Bo that uses balls -- they may only be 1 pounders, though --

Daisy has a very, very dirty mind.
Just saying.

Anyway, you can use your exercise equipment for jsut about anything for barre work if you do, or any kind of Leslie workout just not WATP. Powerball is a great example tooo

I was going to title it: "How should I use my balls?" or "What do I do with my balls?" but that didn't sound right, either. Face it, if you talk about balls, it's going to sound funny.

Hmm, ok, so it looks like I should keep them and throw them in when the workout calls for light weights, but sometimes it gets tiring holding my balls. (Now THAT sounds all kinds of wrong.) hee
