I was going to title it: "How should I use my balls?" or "What do I do with my balls?" but that didn't sound right, either. Face it, if you talk about balls, it's going to sound funny.
Hmm, ok, so it looks like I should keep them and throw them in when the workout calls for light weights, but sometimes it gets tiring holding my balls. (Now THAT sounds all kinds of wrong.) hee |
