What I want to write about Forbes Riley belongs on that thread about "Everyone Likes but I hate," and if you can hear her huge breath intake during her normal conversation, what would it be to hear her during a workout?

Here's the Pitchmen episode:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOAzHyTzrzA
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJElb...eature=related

Synopsis: They marketed the product and it would not sell at $29.99 nor $19.99.
They told her she should sell it at $9.99 and she refuses due to her belief in the product and her integrity.

If you read the reviews on HSN, a lot of people are returning the product.

Thanks for the links.
I wonder what the guy who owned the original name was going to make?

Patrick Goudeau seems like a natural for the Hippity Hop Workout (not too far from his stability ball workouts). Mindy Mylrea would be bouncing off the walls in pinball fashion, no doubt talking faster than she could bounce. Cathe would burst the ball by using it for too many resistance moves. Gin Miller is goofy enough to make it work .... maybe she could hook up with Richard Simmons....the spectacle alone could sell quite a few copies.

Strangely, I find myself craving a Hippity Hop

Thanks for the inspiration. I'll have to keep my eye out now for a spare steering wheel, preferably VW

I can't imagine how many doctors and how many tweezers it would take to pull the splinters out of your butt after sitting on that Sit 'n Spin. A tetanus shot would only be the beginning.

Hippity Hops, I just missed those. My sister is six years younger and she had one and the older kids were FORBIDDEN to touch it. I still have issues about it, apparently.

This is what I have been looking for for years. See if y'all can help me with a name for them. They were red plastic with large wheels. It was two platforms. When you pushed down on one platform with your foot, the other one came up and you just propelled yourself forward with them. I loved it. My brother and I are 21 months apart and we always got gifts on each other's birthday (those were the days) so that year for his spring b'day we got these things and Cecil the Seasick Seamonster (http://www.toontracker.com/beanytoon/beanytoons.htm) stuffed animal that you could wrap around your neck. So we tore up the neighborhood on that contraption with Cecil around our necks. That was the best spring ever.

Anybody have any clue what I am describing?

SO ridiculous. What does her spin gym accomplish that a couple of colorful, inexpensive bands can't do better?
