Talking Brazil BL fans - what will you do for upper body?

If I'm going to work that hard on my butt I need to do the equivalent for my upper body. Probably rotate my Cathe strength workouts doing upper body only.

i think there was an upper body in the deluxe, and also a total body "sculpt" workout. in the basic kit. i was just going to use that.

It didn't sound like to me the upper body work in the set was anywhere near comparable to the lower body work. Or am I misuderstanding - I don't have it yet.

I would like to know as well.

Coming off of CLX which is upperbod intensive, I have made some real gains. Hoping to cut back a little but still would like to keep up the strength! I was flexing tonight in the mirror & was quite impressed w/ myself.

I think I will add my Insanity upper body workout. Maybe some Cathes as well. I always find that a few sets of triple crushes (as taken from my AOS Providence DVD) work the upper body very well too. Oh yes, and Jackie Warner's new dvd has an upper body section that is rather short. That might work too. Oh geez...I have SO many DVDs. FINDING upper body workouts won't be a problem. CHOOSING them will!

Sara, there is light upper body work in the BBL full body workout.
I injured my elbow putting up my Christmas tree, so I'm keeping everything light for now.
I was thinking the upper body work in Cathe's 4DS.

I like Tony's half hour arms workout -- I also like to do Jari's workouts as upper-body splits by just hitting "skip" over all the LB work. They're well-chaptered and tell you what's coming, so that's easy to do. Or just throw in some sets of push-ups and pull-ups.

I'm currently doing Cathe's 4DS--weights only-- for upper body. I did Chest/Back the other day, preceded by the short step premix on Tracie Long's new workout, and followed by the 'learn the moves' segment of the BBL system.

Today, I plan to combine the shoulder and bicep/tricep segments of 4DS, using "Bum Bum" as a warm-up as well as lower-body workout.

Another time-saving upper-body option would be the weight work in Cathe's CTX.
