I did the FIRM 500 Calorie Workout with Kelsie. It was only my second time doing this, I did it ONCE when it first came out then put it away because I tried it when I was sick-ish and it was just so overwhelmingly hard...
But today when I did it, it was really fun, I was able to keep up with the cardio (choreography), and I was pumped at the end!
