If I remember correctly, it's all lifting, but you could add in whatever cardio you like. I definitely felt like for a weights program it was pretty well rounded. It's a little funny because you think it might not be, and then she does hit stuff. I was definitely able to lift heavier after doing her program.

While Power Hour isn't the best for strength building, it's still a fantastic workout! I just did this one today and it's so much fun! The rep speed isn't as fast as some of her later releases (or as endless) so you can use medium-ish weights. She does caution beginners to go lighter, if this is their first time with this workout. But yeah, more endurance based. Not slow and heavy.

Meso 2 and 3 of STS are probably the most strength oriented since they have fewer reps per set. We'll have to wait and see, but I think the new release will have a lot of strength work.

Pam I never could do those low end lunges in Power Hour.

I’m doing a Lite Rotation. The lower body routines are very cardio intensive for me and I lift lighter than she does for most exercises. I’ll need to check out the recommendations in this thread as I prepare for her new series.

i do this a lot and ironically, i do those same moves. it gets done within 10-15 minutes and can be done with your favorite TV show/movie on for company.

Cathe Slow and Heavy is good for strength (vs endurance). There is also an Amy Bento workout called "Slo Mo" which is along the same lines.

If you don’t mind downloads, she has a great Cathe Live version of Burnsets. The lower body has a blooper in the second or third superset but once you know it, it’s easy to do the right amount of reps. Cathe goes heavier than usual but there’s enough rest time between sets. I loved these so much I bought them as downloads. Links below have previews:
