Recovery Shoes?
I've been having soreness, knee, low back, etc. and have considered getting a pair of "recovery shoes." Since this pain has impacted my workouts, hoping this is not off-topic. Does anyone here have a pair they like? There are so many brands Kane, Oofos, seem to be the names I find the most often when I search but would love some recommendations.
