Slower paced boxing/kickboxing workouts

Looking for some slower paced boxing/kickboxing workouts where I can use weighted gloves to intensify. Don’t want faster paced workouts where arms are flailing around. Any recommendations? Thanks!

KCM has one or two in her 30 MTF series that has kickboxing using weighted gloves. Amy Bento's Rumble is also slow enough for weights. I think Dana Pieper's workouts are also pretty slower (but not slow) but it has been awhile. Lynn Hahn has a boxing workout that you can use weights.

I think I donated my copy of Rumble to my library for their book sales. If I happen to see it, I will pick it up for you.

Kimberly Spreen's kickboxing is slower paced and easy to follow.

Weight watchers punch is meant to be used with gloves.
I found a copy at a thrift store cheap and eventually purchased the kit with gloves.

I love Punch & I use light dumbbells with it. It is kinda beginner-ish though, if the OP is looking for something challenging it may not fit the bill.
