ya know, from day to day I get motivated to do different forms of workouts. I feel like KV hits just about all of them.

Weights - light and heavy with compound moves.
Cardio - floor and step
Yoga
Pilates - w/ring
Barre
Deep Stretching
Foam Roller

I really do have great choices in these area for what she offers.

I did her Burn & Firm Cardio circuit tonight - it was really perfect for me- enough to feel that I did something, but not so much that I am wiped out.

I have just about everything she put out- so I should spend some time with her!!

I really like Burn & Firm as well as Half and Half. Both are just as you described - enough to feel pleasantly worked out but not half dead. Karen's form is always perfect and there's something about her ab routines that make me really feel it the next day.

Agreed and my triceps are talkin' to me, too.

I wish she had made more workouts or was continuing to make some....they are really unique....
