Favorite DVD that adapts to a rebounder

What is your favorite non rebounder DVD that adapts well to the rebounder?

One I tried today that worked well is Leslie Belly Blasting Walk.

Is it weird that I prefer the fast walking/light jogging to the bouncing?

Any of the Leslies with jogging will work with the rebounder. I like to do her old Walk and Jog with the rebounder. I also do KCM Home Gym Intervals with the rebounder. While she's jogging on the treadmill I jog on the rebounder.

Great idea for KCM Home Gym! Never thought of using my rebounder! Thanks.

KCM Home Gym is my favorite rebounder workout! I wish she would do another one like that!

ETA: Leslie's new toning workout is a circuit workout and you could do the walking part on the rebounder if you're looking for circuit workouts.

I found that all of TAs dance cardio workouts adapt well to the rebounder.

I do that too! And I love "hiking/running" to the Virtual Active DVDs on my rebounder.

I do the he Virtual Active Track workouts and the VA hike workouts on my rebounder. I also do KCM's HGI on the rebounder. Most walking workouts can easily be done on the rebounder.

I use my rebounder almost exclusive for Leslie workouts. Not weird at all.

I used my rebounder for almost all of the cardio segments on Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. High knees, jumping jacks, tuck jumps, etc. It worked really well. Otherwise I wouldn't have made it through -- it would have been too much impact on my knees and hips. And I loved JMBR! Will do it again someday.

I do every kind of cardio on the rebounder and much prefer adapting them than most rebounder specific workouts. All I need is good MUsic
(and a mirror LOL)
