So I have a slide trainer . .

I forgot that I even had this until a few days ago!

I only have one workout for this - the Reebok Basic Training workout. I wish I could go back in time and buy up all of the available workouts! I am thinking about Cathe's Slide and Glide workout and of course I would jump all over the DVD from Beyond Barre (if we ever see it!) - but does anyone have any creative ideas of other things I can do with it for now?

Type "flowin" into Youtube and there are lots of videos.

yes, unfortunately, most of the slide videos are on vhs. there's a few on DVD that hockey enthusiasts created for "off season" training. if you search VF, there's a few threads that list the workouts that were ever made for sliding.

Hey, this is great. I'm going to break out my slide tomorrow and check these out. I do have a few workouts, all on VHS, but didn't realize there were some online.

Oh wow, these are perfect for Valslides! I have them as well as gliding discs. The Valslides are more slippery so better than the gliding discs imo.

I tried some of the exercises from the Youtube clips and they were perfect. Are there any follow along workouts for these on vhs or dvd (but *not* the Reebok slide or other slides that have the stoppers on the ends)? I really liked how creative the moves were.

Horizontal Conditioning workouts have a ton of very similar-looking moves. Sandra does them using sliders (or pieces of felt) but I think you could very easily do them on the slide instead. If you look at her website, look for the 101 workouts that use only a mat/sliders (or felt) as the equipment. They will probably be most similar to what they're doing in the Flowin clip without a lot of extra stuff in there. And her stuff is HARD! Very challenging to the core.
