You consider that light?

(I think of it as time-efficient, but not light!)

I know exactly what you mean!

I've been wondering WHY I get any new workouts at all, since I already have so many, and some of them I've barely used, and others I haven't used for a long time. Seems like those would feel rather 'new' to me, doesn't it?

There is also the upper body workout on Cathe's Body Max 2 at only 20 minutes. It's a personal favorite.

No, I do not consider 4DS light. What I meant to say was I'm keeping my upper body work light for now. When I can, I will add upper body work from 4DS.

Oh, that IS a good one (I have ALL these good workouts that I never use!).

I'm relieved, because I'm doing 4DS, and I'm not finding it "light" at all. (I don't want to feel like TOO much of a wimp compared to all you STS grads, LOL!)

Today, I ended up doing Bum Bum (that sounds very strange, doesn't it? Like what a 2 year old might say after pooping in his diaper--if 2 year olds wear diapers: I'm not familiar enough with kids to know) followed by 4DS shoulders (no arms, as after the shoulder segment, I didn't feel I'd be able to give my all to triceps especially, without feeling like I was compromising my touchy shoulder).

I'm thinking cathes' pyramid ub. Just the upside though. I remember reading that going back down does nothing for gains.

Marika I always do just the up. Going both ways makes it just too long, whether it's effective or not.

PUB is on my list, along with Gymstyles, Supersets, Push Pull, Muscle Max and 4DS (my all time Cathe favorite).

Will you guys be adding any additional lower body work or is BBL plenty enough?

I expect it to be plenty. I hope so - I'm looking for relief from the drudgery of most of my lower body workouts (drudgery is hoe they seem to me - I know some people love them).
