Take 20

Aimee Nicotera's first Take 20 DVD has a great 20 minute weight circuit. It's very straightforward, but Aimee demonstrates ways to intensify many of the exercises. It's a winner in my book. https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Aim...-DVD-p/387.htm

How about KCM's Start Here? (I totally blanked on the title?) I think it has a basic weight routine and a basic cardio routine and of course her famous premixes.

Some great ideas in this thread!

I've used several of Jessica Smith's weights-only workouts and (while I definitely like some more than others) there are some favorites there!

Joyce Vidral (SP) use to have some that were basic but got results. I have them on tape and not a CD. They were kind of boring, but sometimes, it is kind of nice to have someone just count the reps while you concentrate on working the muscles. I wish there were more like that--results based without spandex and rah rah.

This looks like a really good workout--basic. Have you done it??

I like Joyce Vedral, but her form is not the greatest. Plus, most of her workouts go pretty fast.

I would like to recommend Serious Curves by Charlene Prickett.

It is an hour long but can easily be divided into 2 half hour workouts.

Lower body one day and upper body the next.

Unfortunately, this is only available on VHS and is now out of print but maybe you could find a used copy to purchase.

She also has a workout called More Serious Curves which I did not care for at all.
