Just ordered the new Callanetics from Collage

I'm actually just trying Callanetics today for the first time. Going to give Lacey's Express dvd a try, but found this over at Collage so of course I ordered it. Looks great! https://www.collagevideo.com/product...cs-core-assets

I'm enjoying barre and how it has made me feel. Suzanne has been a great instructor to learn from. I think I'm ready to start blending in Callanetics.

I love Callanetics and have been doing it along with SB workouts. I definitely see a difference when I am consistent with it.

I already see a difference with using SB workouts. I think adding in Callanetics, mainly for variety, will be wonderful.

I am totally addicted to Lacey's Callanetics. I have never been a big fan of Callan's but really like Lacey. Strangely enough, the exercises are pretty much the same - I just like Lacey better. I've been doing almost nothing but Callanetics for about a month now and just can't get enough. Although Callanetics is somewhat different than barre, I think they would be a complement to each other.

I just finished Lower Body Express 25 min and also Upper Body Sculpt 15 min. Oh my... I can already feel it. I have never used a band seriously for exercise in all my years of working out. I have a new found respect for the band.

I also like Lacey. Lately one of my favorite has been her Express workout. I pay for the streaming.

My butt and triceps are feeling it today. It's the good kind of sore and I welcome it.

I am getting one of the callanetics from Amazon. I never like Callan's workouts and so I am hoping Lacey is one that I like. I like the clips so we shall see.

I need to get a rotation going that includes more pilates/yoga so I think callanetics will fit right in.

One thing that Callanetics lacks is cardio so this morning, I did Suzanne's BarreAmped Cardio Fat Burn. I love Suzanne, but I'm already looking forward to doing Callanetics tomorrow!
