Susan Powter's videos - Burning Fat, and "Lean, Strong and Healthy". They are very very simple and boring, but effective IMO.

Thanks, all!

You guys are cracking me up!

I have some of the suggested videos and will check into the others.

Thanks so much for the suggestions (and chuckles!).

Contender's Club. All of the workouts are mind-numbingly dull, boring and repetitive workouts.

Tamilee Webb's Building Tighter Assets - the step portion is so repetitive that I often pray for death.

you know, a good zoning out workout is kathy smith's step workout (you know, the original one that i think is still sold). it has this weird drumbeat type of music, the choreography is both simple and repetitive, and the set is pretty blah.

Funny, but I remember when these were extremely challenging for me. Now I, too, get bored when I do them. It's all relative.

Petra Kolber's Cardio Interval Workout...something called Personal Trainers...what was that all about? You could also hop on an Elliptical Trainer...those things always make me want to shoot my own foot just to make it stop.

Prevention's Walk Your Way Slim is my "I totally don't want to think about what I'm doing" workout. It's a good one, but not at all exciting.
