Yes I agree, a great reminder. I will do my best to post more. I love coming here every day, often a few times a day, and reading everyone's posts. Since VF slowed down over the past few years, I took to reading more of the threads in the Challenges and Check-Ins forum just for more good VF reading .
Probably not just because I workout almost exclusively with DVDs and they just aren’t being made much anymore, so I don’t have as much to talk about. I remember the good old days when there would be a feeding frenzy as everyone waited for the latest DVD set to be delivered.
I didn't post very much for the last four months of 2020 because I broke my ankle and couldn't exercise much, except for physical therapy. I'm doing more now, though (a little more, anyway ), and I will certainly be posting more on VF in 2021.

VF was on my gratitude list this morning. I was thinking how much I’ve learned over the years here through information and recommendations. Invaluable to me! I have the time to post more now so I’m in.
I hope so. My workout habits have been erratic in recent years and I often feel as though I don't have much to contribute, but I do chime in when I feel as though I might have even a solid 'yeah, me too' to add to the conversation.
My early contributions were all about exploring various things to figure out what works for me. Now that I've figured that out but struggle to just do the workouts? Kind of a different conversation, that's not always cheery and I'm trying not to be so down on myself.
