Opinions on new Jessica Smith workouts

Hi there, any opinions? How do you like them? Especially compared to her others. I haven't bought them because the descriptions sound too similar to her other stuff. Thanks!

I just got the Belly Fat workout and the Metabolism Booster workout in the mail the other day and have tried parts of both of them. These are similar to her other workouts, but they're both very good, and I like them. So far I've done the 2 mile belly blasting walk which contains intervals, the upper body circuit which is upper body with a few walking/floor aerobics intervals, and the strong knees bonus which is standing leg work with a chair and a band. The setting is indoors but bright. The group consists of Jessica, her mom Debbie, and another exerciser named Racquel who does higher impact modifications. The music is good but nothing special. If you're looking for something really new and different this isn't it, but if you like Jessica and want to increase the number of her workouts you have these are good. My only disappointment is that the belly blasting workout does not contain any of the standing abs workouts that Jessica does so well.

I bought Metabolism Booster and I love it!!! I did the upper body, lower body and the strong knee workouts last weekend. If you like Jessica's workouts, this is a good one. I have knee issues and can't use weights for the lower body so this was perfect for me with my modifications.

I'm so happy I got this.

I haven't been feeling well, so the only 'new' ones I've tried have been from the newer 10 Minute walks one. I do like those quite a lot.

IMO, Jessica does give good variety in her walks and the moves she uses, so to me, they're not all the same.

I'm not one who raves about workouts per se, but I've done her Walk Off Belly Fat a few times now (both the 2 mile and the 3 mile) and love them both!

For some reason, the 2 mile interval one just flies by for me!
