I usually go to Charlene Prickett when I'm feeling down. I worked out with her for so many years when she was on TV that she feels like an old friend to me. The workouts are not too brutal, either, so I don't feel beat up when I'm done. I also vote for Christi Taylor and Leslie. They have so much positive energy it's really hard to feel bad while doing their workouts.

Thank you for this, especially today. Not to be a complete and total downer, but my dad died this morning and I am in such extreme sadness. If I can bring myself to do anything I think I'm going to try to find some Travis Eliot or Eion Finn love.

Then and Now, a UK cardio workout with Natalie Cassidy and the awesome Dee Thresher is my absolute feel-good & have fun routine. I don't even know why, it just is.

Lulu Belle - I am so sorry for the loss of your father.

When I am depressed or down I go to Gin's Intense Moves, Tony H.'s Plyo X, or a fun Cathe step or step/circuit (such as Cardio & Weights or Step, Jump & Pump). Light-hearted workouts with just enough intensity to help raise my mood a little.

Dance. I've been on the Jennifer Galardi train lately. I put in her Crunch Dance Cardio Party and just smile. At one point she goes, "Chicken chicken BOK BOK!" What's not to love about that?

Any of the Misty Tripoli Groove Method workouts leave me just beaming. Those crazy Yoga Booty Ballet ladies also make me smile.

Oh, I am so very sorry. ((Hugs))

I was just thinking that maybe I'll try to dig out Gilad somewhere. I used to do Gilad when my oldest was a baby; I have very, very fond memories about jumping around on the beach in Hawaii (which was really my living room full of toys). My son used to get on my stomach whenever I was on the floor for anything. He's 21 now, so...
