I have had good luck on Ebay over the years but recently did buy a Chalene Extreme set that appeared to be one of the early sets that shipped with scratches. The set looked new and real but there were scratches on all the discs and a couple kept freezing. I did get my money back but lost the shipping.

A couple of days ago I noticed a new blurb that appears on ebay when I log in that says they now have complete buyer protection and will refund your shipping charges as well. I haven't read all the details, but it sounds good.
