I got this set last summer and I have started back doing Bum Bum and H&T. I don't really like squats and lunges, but with the variations in Bum Bum, there are just enough of them to be effective but not rep you to death (Tonique). As a matter of fact, I'm going to do Bum Bum this afternoon.

It does what it promises, and more. I was happily surprised to find that Bum Bum could count as a cardio workout as well, and there is some nice balance work that really tightens your core.

Yay, I just made a trade for Bum Bum!

Thanks for all the feedback, everyone. I originally thought I wanted High & Tight, but now I think Bum Bum is more what I was looking for (although I wouldn't mind picking up H&T in the future).

I just tried Bum Bum Rapido this morning. I really liked it and my legs were a little jello-y after.

I actually have another question. I have heard that there is a "pear shaped" rotation which goes along with the BBL set; would someone who has the set mind posting this? Thanks!

ETA: Thanks to checkin-mate Cheri for sharing this with me!

Red face Another breakdown request!

Okay, I got my Bum Bum DVD in the mail today! I was pleasantly surprised to see that it comes with the Bum Bum Live workout--yay, bonus workout! I have read that the two workouts are quite different, but so far, that's all I know. Can anyone give a quick rundown of Bum Bum Live (and, while we are at it, Bum Bum Rapido)?

Thanks again--I promise to return the favor by writing reviews of all once I have tried them!!!
