I wanted to start this on Nov. 1st but with both of my jobs, I won't have 3 days this week where I can do it (I picked up a couple of extra shifts). I should be able to start the following week, though!
ETA: I am going to try to at least do something from Lauren Brooks' Kettlebell Lightning and Kettlebell Incinerator DVDs each day to stay active and post those here for the sake of checking in. I can get in a 12-20 minute workout most days, but the 45-60 minutes of STS is too much after a 13-14 hour day
Next week I should have Tues, Thurs and Sat available for STS.
