Favorite lat and serratus exercises?

Basically, what are your favorite lat and serratus exercises? I’m looking for inspiration...

I bought the heaviest tubing I could find (had to order it) and hooked it from a pillar on my patio and did lat pull downs. There's no way I'll ever do pull ups.

Also good old fashioned lat rows, one side at a time with a fairly heavy weight are what I do most.

I just remembered that Charlene Prickett used to do an exercise on her show. She would sit in from the of the step, and do an exercise similar to triceps dips except she would have the arms wide apart on the step, and lift up and down. She admitted that it was hard to work lats at home.

This exercise works if you have no equipment. If you have stairs in your house, you can do it on the bottom step. I found it very hard.

I think ball rollouts work these areas. Get on your knees or your feet, put your elbows on the exercise ball, and roll forward into a plank position, then roll back. Depending on how close you put your hands together you can also work the triceps this way. 10 Minute Solution Pilates on the Ball has this exercise.

I assume you meant strength exercises which are obviously important but my favorite lat move is a stretch/mobility exercise. I LOVE bench t-spine mobilizations. Here is an in depth video/explanation of it from Eric Cresey:

And a short article with video of Eric doing the move:

P.S. I also like renegade rows.

Nice! Anything stretchy and strengthening are fabulous! Thank you all for the suggestions. I’m going to have to film myself to see where my deficits are.
