Hi Friends! Hope everyone is doing well!
Yesterday I did Heather's week 3 Day 2: Chest, Back & Shoulders Workout Strength Supersets + Low Impact Standing Abs Workout With Weights. Both were GREAT workouts and I can feel my arms today. I like that I feel my muscles being worked in new and different ways. Plus it's been nice doing different moves, or a familiar move with a slight variation.
ChelePA thanks for posting the Cathe rotation. I saw today that it's her April 2021 updated Rock Bottoms rotation. I will definitely join you for some (or most) of the workouts but probably won't follow it to a tee. I still like my Cathe Live Thursday workouts and want to keep doing flexibility/ yoga/mobility, and maybe some other instructors. So kinda like
FOLV this will be my foundation and I'll work from there. It's going to be TOUGH doing it Cathe's way!

FOLV LOL about the "John Waite" rotation! But I thought it was, "I ain't missing you" but I guess he's trying to be tough when everyone knows he really is missing you (or her.) Yay for you for doing a trail hike. I hope it's fun! And I was thinking about Tracie the other day. I haven't done one of her workouts in awhile.
Kittybug I'm glad you survived Roof Max. Poor fur babies! And poor you for having to endure all of the noise. I hope catching up on missed work goes well.
