I also agree that it's easy to follow. The workout has some relatively brief higher-impact moves which is something to think about concerning a weighted vest. IIRC, there is a modifier keeping it entirely low-impact.
Oh good to hear I was thinking that if I got something easy to follow (really easy lol) that I could get some cardio in, in the AM. I just can't get myself to lift weights in the morning. I always feel like I can't give it my all in the am but sometimes I want to try and do something. I was thinking easy to follow cardio would be perfect. I can't do any complicated moves or dvds where I have to "learn" the workout. I might give this one at try.
I've had this workout for several years, haven't pulled it out for a while, but yeah, it's good solid intermediate, easy to follow cardio, and Chris Freytag is always a joy to work out with. And yes, the title is absolutely ridiculous, but the workout's good, so who cares, lol?

I just grabbed another cable box to give exercise tv at try and I'm hoping they have alot of full length workouts with the premium membership.
