Yeah! 30 Days of 10 min of Heather! The workouts powers that be are smiling on me. I will be mixing and matching with MrandMrsMuscle. Since the weight work is metabolic I'm thinking about skipping the pure cardio and keeping each day total body since that has felt good in the past. Hope everyone gets a happy surprise today.

I gave up on October. Online teaching just sucked.
Worked SEVENTY hours last week.
I'm in again - to try again... if I don't keep trying, it'll never happen.
