I ordered it today, as well! I've been doing lots of yoga lately. Thank you!

It's a bonus workout on her Walk On Five Fat Burning Miles DVD and is called Strong Feet and Ankles. There is also a Strong Hips & Knees bonus. Each of those is 15 minutes long.

I was excited to order this dvd. I have done 3 of the segments thus far. I was disappointed in the Thighs and Legs segment. The reps were uneven. The first leg has a segment from 8:20 to 12 minutes where the knee is dropped to the ground for some stretches. The second leg does not include those stretches. Yes, I can go back to that part on the dvd and repeat that section for the second leg – but, truthfully, I shouldn’t have to do that. Additionally, you were in the lunge position for the majority of the 20 minutes. I wish there had been more variety.

I liked the Neck and Face segment. It has a lot of unique moves.

Hips was ok.

katalina, thanks for your comments! I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I guess I'll see how it compares to what I already have.

It looks like this is the same instructor who did the New York Pilates workout, though on the title she's "Kathryn" instead of Kathi. She's got a beautiful body, so I was curious what her background was, as she looks like a dancer.

I did Feet and Calves today. I see myself using this as a good post-hike segment.

I did the Neck and Face segment today. I was glad to see that she has stretches for the face, especially since I have Bell's Palsy! The neck stretches were decent, too!

Some of the stretches that will be helpful (in my case) are the lemon/apple mouth exercises, as well as filling cheeks with air. I can't do the lip one very well. I also liked the one she does for tense jawline with biting down on the towel. I also liked the eye exercises, too!

She is sure a talker, though.

I did the chest segment today. It was ok.

Overall thoughts, am I glad I bought this? Not really. I wanted to like this.
I had this in my Amazon cart for months. She talks a lot. Form pointers are good, but..

I wish there had been a segment without all the chatting - combining parts of each segment. I don't foresee myself spending 20+ minutes on one body part - unless I have a sensitive area that needs attention.
