Hi Ladies,
Today was
WS Lower Body Sculpt and boy does Jessica pack a lot into this workout. My chair kept sliding around when doing bridge work, so towards end I just kept my feet on the floor. I liked it pretty well and the variety in this one is great. Only trouble is what you do to one side of the body, you still have to do to the other and there were a lot of reps. Easy on the shoulders, though.
