I have not, but now my interest is piqued.

Yesterday, I did Margaret Richard's "High Voltage" (1993) and Karen Voight's "Pure & Simple Stretch" (1991).

I did an oldie yesterday and really liked it. Tony Horton's
Power 90: Sculpt Circuit 3-4 (2000). It is a solid, no-brainer weight workout. Apparently I liked it way back in 2004 when I first did it:

Inspired by a recent purchase of the Jenny Ford step across America workouts, I recently bought an ignite mini step at Target. It’s on sale, 20% off so it was around $25. I used to love step but haven’t done it in awhile. My workouts have changed and I didn’t have the room for my full-size step where I currently workout.

Anyway, I broke out an old Cathe’s, the step portion of Step, Jump and Pump. Again, it’s been years since I did step so I wasn’t sure how rusty I would be.

This was a nice little, roughly half hour of fun cardio

The ignite step was nice as well. The risers fit comfortably underneath the step and I was able to store it comfortably under my bed. Important as DH wasn’t exactly thrilled I got another piece of equipment...

I did the step section of Kari Anderson's Body Tech this morning. I know I've slacked off a bit lately, but my gosh I had trouble finishing I used the last few minutes of the final run-through as a cool down, doing some of the moves on the floor.

I did a new-to-me workout from 1995. Denise Austin's Best of Hit the Spot. I found it at the thrift store on VHS. It's 40 minutes with a 10 minute section for upper body, abs, thighs and buns. It's filmed on the beach on a gorgeous, full sun, day. Great for a dreary winter day.

Christi Taylor's Humble Beginnings - CIA 7002 hi/lo. I haven't done this in years and I was able to catch almost all the choreography. That made me happy and Christi made me smile. So much fun!
