Be for Caroline Girvan….
Before I started her workouts I was so bored of weight training and uninspired (had always done Cathe workouts for weight training).
Now I am weight training 4 to 5 times a week with her. I was unable to do the monkey bars last year and yesterday I did 7 rungs and then 5. Felt like a huge accomplishment . I have been putting muscle on again at 55. My legs are so much stronger then they have ever been . She brings me joy. I lost my best friend my shepherd this year who was my running partner and having something to look forward to was so important. |

What is the difference between her Epic I and II and Heat programs besides Heat workouts appear to be shorter in length.

So glad that you found something you enjoy so much, Jenn.
I'm sorry about the loss of your dog. It is such a hard thing when they pass. I have two aging dogs right now - a 9 year old Golden and a 12-13 year old Lab. Donna |

Caroline is wonderful! Even though i tis not my style of workout anymore, she puts out such fantastic content.
