Good programs 20 mins or under? (not too strenuous, for time or health reasons)
Certain med issues or even time may require you to use this amt of time to get in good health or good shape. I know it probably won't help me look like a female body builder (can't remember different names anymore, lol, but used to dream of absolute top of being in shape)- different story, lol.
do y'all know of any programs older or newer, that aren't too taxing (or maybe being 20 or under keeps it that way, I am unsure at this point), where you can still work your heart wel and gain a decent (or better) amt of muscle. If it was a whole program that also included flexibility and stress release, that would be great too, but also interested in what the single best efficient DVDs would be as well (Why must cats walk all over the keyboard when you are trying to type????Nevermind. She got in my face and told me why).
Any rec? Gentle and still get you in shape is my hope, but if you know of good ones and they only do certain things, please just tell what and maybe I can make my own plan. I have considered multiple 15 minute workouts a day, but end up trying to do it all at once at night because it takes me so long to get moving in the day and then have to do other things.
Even youtube programs would be looked at. I consider streaming, but am scared to get into a program, find I cannot do it, and then have a hard time getting out of it.
Any ideas would be great (PS: I'd do my own thing, but I do way better when I follow someone. As for cueing, I follow Jessica Smith better than just about anyone and didn't think I could ever do one with no cueing, but did a workout by Reps to the Rhythm on youtube last night, and it was so fun- very easy to follow except a few movements that didn't feel right. Been trying to follow some of Debbie Siebers shorter workouts and I cannot follow her to save my life)
