Shellie Blanks Cimaroste on YouTube...
After seeing Billy Blanks on TV the other night, I was checking out his workouts on YouTube. He has quite a few! Then, I found a channel called "Armed Forces Entertainment" that has some workouts led by Shellie. She is still the Queen of Counting.
 Get Fit with Shellie Blanks Cimarosti Ep. 1 | Beginner Cardio, HIIT and Strength Training Shellie has her own site, Shell Shock Fitness. I might try out one of her workouts.
