DawnMarie - do tell about the Joint-Friendly 90 Day Rotation!!

Pam - I like the idea of FIRM -Lite. I have the 12 min time crunch workouts and I thought about starting with them as add-ons.

You're welcome. I think it looks doable without being overkill, especially when subbing in a few things.

I agree DawnMarie and you can always shorten a workout or lighten up.

I like the idea of using Ellen, too.

At one point I thought about doing a rotation of 3 Firms/3 Ellens one rest day.
