It seems like your doctor changed his opinion only after you postponed your second surgery. I'm glad you are seeking a second opinion and hope you find better care and answers.

Thanks again for the hugs! VF is my rock sometimes.

I picked up my new bifocals. (Yeah, I paid for a premium lens and still need bifocals.)

They are OK, not great, not awful. To read, I have to have the book about 6 inches from my face. The right eye is so problematic, I doubt there is a lens that will work for it now.

On my computer I have the resolution turned up on the monitor and use big fonts. I use some old pair of glasses that work fairly well.

I still have some old bifocals that I took the lens out of the right side that work. Lookin' goofy with those!
