Firm rotation + fannylifter height

A couple Firm questions this a.m.

(1) Does anyone have the rotation for the body sculpting series of 3 videos that came out originally, that used the Fannylifter? That was cardio, sculpt, and abs.

(2) What are the inch heights of the two levels of the blue and purple Fannylifter? Does anyone know the inch heights of the wooden tall box used in the Classic Firms?

Thanks!

Fannylifter - I think the blue part is 8 inches and the purple is 6 inches

Wooden boxes - they were available in the following heights
4-6-8-10-12-14-17 inches

If you look at vol 3 they used all different heights for leg press.

It starts at about the 2 minute mark.

So on the Fannylifter that would mean 6 inches plus 8 inches = 14 inches when they are put together?

I also seem to remember an ad where there were 3 levels on the Fannylifter, did they make two versions of it?

I think what they meant by 3 levels, was the two pieces have their own heights that count as 2 and then the 3rd would be when you put them together.

I don't have a rotation, I just spread out how often I use the FL, due to sensitive knees.

For the wooden boxes, for cardio they had 4, 6, 8, and 10". For leg press, they had 12 and 14". There was also a 17" box that they originally recommended for leg press for very tall people, but then decided that it should just be used for seated exercises, hover squats, etc.
