My husband and I started doing these workouts together during lockdown. He started working out with me after the gyms closed and it was a struggle sometimes to find a good sweaty, yet uncomplicated workout for both of us. Penny’s workouts fit the bill, especially since they are timed intervals so you go at your own pace. They remind me of Heather Robertson’s workouts: metabolic,bodyweight, just music no talking but I find them harder. I do find that it’s a lot of shoulders. I’ve been different things lately, I just like variety, but I usually do one a week with my husband. He still does about three a week, spins, and does his own weighted workout. He says he can’t see himself going back to the gym even after things go back to normal.
