I actually gave away my entire FP/KB set to a VFer a while back and don't miss them - while I am a dedicated Firmie, the FitPrimes all had too many segments that just felt like a chore to me. So why am I interested in these workouts?????
Although maybe it makes sense...I like the Firm Parts more than I like the original Classics workouts. |

dnna ~ No email has been sent out yet. This was posted on FB. I just received Killer C & W dvd and I'm excited to give it a try.
Mark made reference to intense short workouts, so it'll be interesting to see the sequencing of them. There is mention one with kickboxing! Yeah!

Back in the day I ordered those Fitprimes and Kickbutts and loved them. I can't do tall box any more, though. Some of those dvds were really good routines...Anna did a good job producing these workouts.

I wouldn't mind having these because of the short format. I never could get into the whole workouts and I have them all, but maybe this will introduce them to me in a way I can stomach. I'm coveting long workouts less and less these days and aim for the 20-30 min mark.
Thanks for the update. I look forward to receiving the email.

I like the idea of these possibly being intense short routines. But remember, Anna and Annette did an amazing job chaptering all the remastered workouts. You can make them as long or short as you want.

I currently have those two in my "reassess in 6-12 months before ditching pile". I like the idea of them but when it comes down to it, I prefer my actual Firms instead. I could say the same thing for Tracie Long workouts. Liked them for a while but then moved on. I also just parted with my Powerfits, but that's because I am not interested in band work anymore, plus I am moving away from split workouts except for Margaret Richard. |
