I'm totally biased because Volume 6 is my favorite after Volumes 1 and 2. The pace is similar to Firm Strength, deliberate but not slow. I consider Volume 6 more of a strength workout with short bursts of cardio (simple floor or short-box step). However, there is enough lower body weights work to keep your HR in the cardio zone. There is a
killer section of squats and hover squats for lower body alternating with upright rows and overhead press for upper. There's also a tough leg press-calf raise section.
