Pffft yes. You know we're a bunch of enablers here, right?

Of course I do! That's why I'm asking. Ha!

But yes, I am curious about Vols 5 and 6 compared to 1-4. I know those two are easier than 1-4, but how much easier? I like what I've done of Better Body and Buns in the compilation workout I have (Tough Tape 2) and was wondering if it's worth it to get BBB.

Well, seriously volume 5 is nice because it's only 45 minutes. But, you'll work hard.

Of the three, my vote is BB&B. I've done it far more often than Vols. 5 or 6.
It's a very respectable intermediate workout for the days you don't feel like killing yourself.

I love Volume 6 and BB&B - Vol 5 is ok - a lot of floorwork - so it depends if that is your thing or not. I still wouldn't trade/part with it, though!

Honestly, 5 and 6 are my least favorite Classics. I don't think they're very hard or very interesting. But I don't mind the segments from those workouts when they are in Parts workouts.

I do like Better Body & Buns. It was originally sold as part of a tri-trainer set with Fat Blaster and Maximum Body Shaping/Sculpting. If you have FB and MBS, then you definitely need BB&B!

I was actually looking at Volume 6 today. How is the pace? I like the pace of Firm Strength and Cardio, so would prefer a pace along those lines. Is Volume 6 mostly strength or cardio or equal amounts of both?

...too much floor work (or leg work) for some people's taste!

I'm totally biased because Volume 6 is my favorite after Volumes 1 and 2. The pace is similar to Firm Strength, deliberate but not slow. I consider Volume 6 more of a strength workout with short bursts of cardio (simple floor or short-box step). However, there is enough lower body weights work to keep your HR in the cardio zone. There is a killer section of squats and hover squats for lower body alternating with upright rows and overhead press for upper. There's also a tough leg press-calf raise section.
