ME TOO! Still, this thread has inspired me to start a rotation using Volumes 1, 2, and 3 at the beginning of every week.
What I want to know is, what size ankle weights does everyone use for Vol 1 and 2? I remember using 5 pound ankle weights when I first started using Vol 2
as a teenager. I'm 40 now. 5 pounds is challenging enough for me in The Hare, I don't think I can do that with the Classics.
