I just received my package from Mary with 14 Firms! I'm so excited to have all these back in my collection. My rotation is going to be amazing! Between the Benson FIRM and WHFN workouts, I'm sure I won't get bored.

I was a die hard Firmie for many years. I have all their original wooden boxes, two bar bells and pretty much every VHS tape up to the first infomercial. I recently met someone at work who is a die hard Firmie but only has the post infomercial DVDs. She is interested in trying the classics.

I noticed that the classic DVDs Mary sells are chaptered. Does anyone know if this is true of the Fitness Favorites classic dvds?

The DVDs Mary sells *are* the Fitness Favorites classic DVDs (they're all chaptered).

I bought Firm 1 from an add on TV during Charlene Prickett's show. That's also how I heard about Collage. I lived in Hawaii at the time and shipping was expensive, but I have no regrets paying what I did for those videos.

Even in those days, doing back to back Firms was too much for me. I did them every other day. They really slimmed down my hips and made my saddlebags disappear. Nothing else has ever given me results like that.

Jane, do you think it was because of the floor work...or everything?

I remember how difficult the floor work was, especially Volume 1!

ME TOO! Still, this thread has inspired me to start a rotation using Volumes 1, 2, and 3 at the beginning of every week.

What I want to know is, what size ankle weights does everyone use for Vol 1 and 2? I remember using 5 pound ankle weights when I first started using Vol 2 as a teenager. I'm 40 now. 5 pounds is challenging enough for me in The Hare, I don't think I can do that with the Classics.
