"Relentless" documentary about Diamond Dallas Page and DDP Yoga
I watched this the other evening and enjoyed it. It's free if you have Prime.

I'm about 30 minutes in and it's an amazing story. He seems to have glossed over any studying or training he had in order to develop his program, though. He did a bunch of yoga, wrote a book with a chiropractor and then developed a yoga program. How did he do that? He's lecturing on how muscles work, how yoga benefits the body, etc. I'd like to hear about how he learned what he's teaching. Maybe he learned it just by experiencing it himself?
