Any meditation Recs?
I recently took a live yoga class & my favorite part was the savasana. Anyone have any meditation Recs to share?
I did get the new DVD at total fitness, but wondering what else there is

I'm a fan of Yoga Nidra. This cd is my favorite, it's just vocal instruction, no music.

My favorite meditations are on Rod Stryker's 3 Meditations to Live By CD. He also has a couple of other CDs that are almost as good.
Also, both Raviana and Rodney Yee have Meditation DVDs.

I like the meditation dvd from Yoga Zone. Alan Finger (Yoga Zone) also has a lovely meditation cd.
Shiva Rea has a dvd which is all meditations from her various yoga dvds. I have not tried it yet. If you can use audio, I enjoy cds by Gael Chiarella. Scott Cole has a lovely meditation cd. Sherry

I also really like Yoga Nidra though it may not be what you're thinking of for meditation. If you want to try it there are at least a couple of apps in the iPhone app store. I also use the practices on Movement for Modern Life because I have that plan. You may find some nidra on youtube. Cool that you discovered you like that part!
