I used to use the first 30 minutes a lot whenever my back got really tight. You just reminded me that I should pull this out and try it again. I think I only did the whole 60 minute workout once. I have a short attention span when it comes stretch/yoga type workouts.

This workout was not a favorite but I used it because it got the job done like no other when my back, down to my hips and hamstrings, were really tight. It's been a few years since I last used it so I don't know how I'd feel about it now that I have so many stretch/yoga type workouts (that I still don't use as often as I should).

I have it on VHS.

This is a good one. I used to use it a lot, especially the seated section.

Does anyone know if the dvd is well-chaptered? I really like the workout (have it on vhs) but I'd love a chaptered dvd so I could just pick different sections. I hardly ever spend an hour stretching.

Thanks!

I am bumping an old thread since no one answered this question back then, and I'm still curious. Does the dvd version have any chaptering at all?

Thanks!
Sherry

Sherry - I just checked my DVD and there are 5 chapters, or 6 if you include the Intro. I used to love this one but haven't done it in ages.

The Good Old Days!

I'll never forget one of my best vidiot days. I was standing in Walmart looking at the workout VHS and side-by-side on the shelf were Scott's Millennium Stretch and the original Nia VHS, $5 each!

It was how I discovered both Scott Cole and Nia when I was doing mostly TaeBo. opening a whole new world of options.
Not much for just $5 back then or for many years.
