Thanks Ilde! My stuff is definitely low-tech compared to some of the other YT channels out there, but people seem to like it. Also, I take requests! If there is anything you'd like to see, let me know and I will try to accommodate.
ETA - Vannie, yes, definitely multiple things going on as we get older!

This wheel is tempting me. I ended up taking a rest day yesterday, just our walks and some light housework. My hamstrings are feeling much better, I suspect a combo of the rest day and the PT exercises the day before, but my back got worse after sitting on the floor with Cyric. It is still cranky. Today I did a little massage with a partially deflated small peanut that I think came with a Gaiam DVD for back. The YTU balls were too hard for my pain level. I did some exercises from the Tone & Tighten YouTube channel and then did Slim Series Cool It Off Express bc I remembered it has some different stretches that are nice for my SI pain. Unfortunately I'm still hurting. I didn't have the pages linked while I was in my gym so I haven't tried them yet. But I am thankful my hammies are feeling better and that I can still go for walks!
