I love all of Lee Holden's DVDs and also kundalini yoga with Ana and Ravi.

Shawn's is only 10 minutes, but I do find it very effective and is great for when I have limited time.

Re. Shawn Phillips - I'd say 20 mins (for me anyway) because I do the qigong warm up (stretch) exercises (10 mins), then the 18 movements, and since I often repeat the 18 movements it then ends up being 30 mins for me. I love that particular sequence of movements so I don't really mind.
