what ever happenned to Janis Saffel?
I have a couple of her kickboxing dvd's and still really enjoy them.
She seems to have dropped out of site. Does anyone know what happened to her? |

I've tried a couple of her Youtube classes, but it drove me nuts that she keeps stopping. They are live classes, so that would explain it.

I like this workout with Janis and Scott Cole. It was filmed at a fitness convention in 2012.

I don't care for kickboxing so was disappointed that that is what she is doing now. I love her Dynamic Stretch, the only stretch DVD I actually use, having jettisoned my others. Pilates and yoga inspired, shot in Mexico, beautiful music.
