I can’t find my original thread but wanted to report back on this program but I just started phase 2. I am loving it! I’m not usually a cardio fan, so the way she has the tabatas interspersed is making me actually do them. I love the moves on the track.
I’m following the rotation and really trying to not over stress my body (which I have been doing) and actually take the rest days. I had to laugh because she said in one of the workouts “I have rest days built in for a reason. That doesn’t mean do another program or workout “. Uh oh.
So after the first week I am resting when she says rest.
