In the last couple of years i have subscribed to Suzanne Bowen (really enjoyed it), Pilates by Lisa (great tough pilates), Fitness Glo, Gaia for yoga, Cathe live and Cathe on Demand. i eventually gave up everything except... Cathe on demand. Even though I have all of her dvds. It's the workout blender that i love the most. I can create any workout i want. I will definitely continue with cathe on demand. I got my co-worker to subscribe as well and she can't stop making workouts either.

Bar Method & ifyoucanmove.com, maybe

I'm all in for Bar Method after purchasing a full year of streaming. I'm about to start a free trial of hip hop dance streaming. The verdict is still out because I haven't done anything yet but the workouts look fun... we shall see if its something I will stick with.

Bar method has been awesome for me. I saw results after a few workouts but quit to try P57 streaming which fell flat for me. They have good 10 min workouts that you can put together to get a complete workout but the stretching was missing. I love barre and alot of that love has to do with the stretching promise at the end of the hard work, however this is something that P57 seemed to have forgot to add to the shorter workouts.

Anyway I love Bar Method and the results, just looking to add some good fun cardio when I need a break from the treadmill.

I love streaming and the instant gratification

I'm unsubscribing to BOD. I'm thinking of subscribing to Cathe Live or Les Mills.

Cathe Live is the only one i'll be keeping in 2017.

it's the only subscription that i felt gave me more then the price i paid.

i loved virtual skogg but he isn't consistent about adding new classes like Cathe is

Cathe Live

Millionare Hoy (though it's free)

and Peloton.

I use them all a lot.

I don't do Pilates but I texted a few friends about Pilates by Lisa because it seems so popular.

Is BOD Beachbody on Demand? Why are you unsubscribing?

It seems like Cathe's streaming is popular. I have all her videos, but the Workout Blender sounds fun.
