Skogg. Way too dry for me. It's the only system I've traded away.

I also have Rushfit, but I'm not motivated to do it. I missed out on the good price for Metamorphisis when it was first offered, and bought this set to make myself feel better. I'm just not a martial-arts type of gal, though.

Same here!

But I'll consider Skogg's next offering (people have said there's going to be a Skogg 2 or something) if it's more well rounded, because I do like Michael Skogg as an instructor.

Body Gospel -- awkward bands, very little variety in so many workouts, and it had a very "gimicky" feel.

A new system I recently got from Weight Watchers -- features 5 dvds (I think) devoted to either Flexibility, Cardio, Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core. I never saw anything more boring in my life! Introduces a move, and you do it until she tells you to quit. Gads! I HATE this kind of thing and should have researched better. Just because I loved the Punch workout from Stephanie, I thought this one would be a good one for me.

Rockin' Body.

I agonized over this for MONTHS and finally caved, and I just can't seem to get the hang of it. Although, I got it JUST before my workout motivation crashed and now that I'm getting it back, I may possibly see if I can't give it another shot.

Also - Yoga Booty Ballet set.....I never really clicked with those, either.

STS cardio.... not cathe's best work....

skogg... dry... boring (although one of the best instructionals on KBs!)

slim series....

forgot what it was called... but the michael olijede boxing set... returned it!

Asylum - too much like Insanity, and I didn't like the sets.

Insanity - I only do the recovery workouts. I'm a runner, so I don't want or need to do all that jumping and high impact on days when I want to cross-train or can't run because of weather etc.

TurboFire - all the workouts are the same. I use one of the DVDs - the 60 minute one - and really that's all I needed for my purposes.

TA Metamorphosis (Omni) - again, the workouts are so similar, one disk would have been enough.

Insanity, Tried a couple workouts, loved them, had to have th whole thing. Meh, you have one workout, you have them all- for the most part.
