Mindy Mylrea's "Gliding Extreme" (I just got it).
It's filmed with Mindy on a round platform in the middle of a prairie? Looks like they just plopped a round piece of plywood down in the midst of some wildflowers and weeds!

* Rainbeau Mars' "Sacred Yoga Practice Vinyasa Flow" series shot in Mauii
* Patricia Moreno's Yoga Dance Fusion with a backdrop of the hills of Santa Barbara
* Scott Cole's "Discover Tai Chi" series which switch from a studio to an Hawaiian beach
* Matthew Cohen's Qi Gong Fire & Water with a stunning location of California's Alabama Hills

I think outdoor settings really add something special to workout DVDs, especially yoga and relaxation workouts.

- Rainbeau Mars' Pure Sweat
- Sara Ivanhoe's 20 Minute Makeover series

Karen's are my favourites - when she films outdoors, she really does it so beautifully!!

Kim Eng's Yin Yoga (presence through movement) was filmed in an outdoor garden.

Most of Shiva Rea's yoga dvds are filmed outdoors.

I will admit to not having read the whole thread, but we definitely need to mention Eoin Finn's new Blissology set (yoga) here. It's all filmed in Bali with different gorgeous locations for each workout.

Most of my favorites have already been mentioned (like Charlene Prickett's - love the Canadian Rockies), but in addition to Tamilee's "Defy Gravity", her "Lose Fat Fast" is also outdoors.

Kathryn...have you done this one yet? I just did it for the first time today and all I can say is wow! I've got a feeling I'm going to be feeling it big time tomorrow...it's definitely advanced!

I'm glad you feel that way! I did this one on Saturday. I didn't do some of the knee-in moves, and modified a couple of other things as well, but I got through the whole thing. Some of those moves look easier than they feel!

The Island Girl Hula Dance WO are in! They look great! I think they will be what I need at 6h00 in the morning! I will try the basic one over the weekend!

Yeah, I got through it as well but I didn't do many of the knee-in moves! They were definitely the hardest part of the workout IMO...I've got some nice (not-so-nice?) lower abdomen DOMS going on today!
